<p>Lakewood National Golf Club is hiring a Court Maintenance employee to add to our team. Previous Tennis and or Tennis Court Knowledge is preferred but not required.</p> <p>Pay Range: $18.00-20.00 per hour based on experience</p> <p>Essential Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Daily maintenance includes brushing and lining of courts. Blowing off tennis & pickleball walkways between courts, as well as blowing off pickleball courts. Ensure all watering systems are working properly and adjusted as needed due to weather. </li><li>Weekly rolling, inspecting for algae and weeds, luting, and attention to windscreens and fences for holes or repairs. Inspect and repair court lines. Maintain nets. </li><li>Periodic maintenance, not limited to adding Har Tru, patching low spots, adding magnesium or calcium as needed. </li><li>Remove trash, clean foot sweeps, check ball return, clean water fountains. </li><li>Stack and store furniture, windscreens and equipment for inclement weather. </li><li>Performs minor handyman repairs as needed. </li><li>Assist with daily racquet operations as directed. </li><li>Communicate court conditions to administrative and pro shop staff. </li></ul> <p>No experience required, willing to train the right candidate.</p> <p>Physical/Mental Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Must be able to endure long periods of standing, sitting and walking. </li><li>Willing to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions. </li><li>Excellent communications skills. </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Monday to Friday </li><li>Work weekends as needed </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Meals </li><li>Uniforms </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Vision & Dental Insurance </li><li>401k matching </li><li>Paid Time off </li><li>Troon management perks </li><li>Employee discount </li><li>Golf, tennis, pickleball privileges </li></ul>
