<p>#LI-VM1 #LI-HYBRID</p> <p>Essential Functions and Primary Duties</p> <ul> <li> <p>This Recruiter will focus on recruiting efforts for our Benefits and Insurance group</p> </li><li> <p>Work collaboratively with the HR team and hiring managers to understand business objectives, candidate requirements for open positions, consult on key trends for hiring, and develop sourcing strategies</p> </li><li> <p>Proactively identify, qualify and recruit passive candidates, using innovative sourcing strategies, cold calling, social media and networking tools</p> </li><li> <p>Screen resumes, conduct interviews and refer qualified candidates to management</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain internal and external job postings across multiple platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process</p> </li><li> <p>Attend networking events as a representative of CBIZ</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to maintain a professional presence on social media sites, promote open positions and network</p> </li><li> <p>Research target companies and organizations to support sourcing strategies</p> </li><li> <p>Additional responsibilities assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High volume recruiting experience within financial services, benefits, insurance or related industries </li><li>Ability to quickly prioritize as circumstances requires; can efficiently and effectively address a broad range of competing priorities </li><li>Ability to manage high volume work loads of 20-40 requisitions at a time </li><li>Demonstrates ability to operate with urgency while maintaining a positive candidate experience </li><li>Experience of Taleo ATS, Oracle Recruit Cloud, Bullhorn CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter </li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced, results driven environment </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience preferred or High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of recruiting experience </li><li>Working knowledge of the public accounting or a professional services firm is desirable </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally </li><li>Proficient use of applicable technology </li><li>Must be able to travel based on client and business needs </li></ul>
