Your best is waiting to be discovered.</p> <p>Rotating - 08 Hour (United States of America)</p> <p>This is a Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley job.</p> <p>A Brief Overview</p> <p>Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, performs the various duties in the surgical unit; performs non-nursing tasks in the surgical unit.</p> <p>Locations</p> <p>Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li>Keep Blanket warmers stocked with linen and blankets throughout the day. </li><li>Maintains and records all temperature logs per department process and policy. </li><li>Prepares gurneys and beds as needed for operating rooms/Cath Lab/GI/Pre/Post </li><li>Organization of equipment room </li><li>Delivers specimens to laboratory in a timely manner. </li><li>Responsible with cleaning operating rooms/Cath Lab/GI/Pre/Post at completion of each case in accordance with Infection Control guidelines. </li><li>Assists with inter-operative/Cath Lab/GI patient positioning. </li><li>Maintain adequate stock of all PPE at OR/Cath Lab/GI entrances and throughout units. Participates in gathering, set-up, wiping down, and putting away equipment and supplies as necessary. </li><li>Assist with safely transports patients to and from the surgical suite as requested. </li><li>May assist with picking cases and assembling case carts for future cases. </li><li>Assist with management and service leads in ordering of equipment. </li><li>Follow standard work for reporting any broken equipment. </li><li>Employee must perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the C-I-CARE Standards of the Hospital.
