<p>Come join our team as a Lead Warehouse Associate!</p> <p>The position of Lead Warehouse Associate is critical to ensure the production teams have all materials they need on a daily basis and to ensure accurate inventory at their assigned facility.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Ensure all items received into the warehouse are accurately accounted for with no damaged caused by handling </li><li>Receive deliveries in a timely manner </li><li>Assist in pulling accurate materials per the job sheets and builder specific requirements </li><li>Conduct inventory reconciliation as required, ensuring accurate counts of all inventory items </li><li>Keep all returned materials organized </li><li>Accurately complete/submit all necessary paperwork </li><li>Safety executes deliveries of water heaters, various service department needs, etc. daily </li><li>Delivery of tubs/showers as needed </li><li>Conduct all warehouse and delivery activities in a safe and responsible manner </li><li>Ensure all warehouse and inventory storage areas are kept clean and organized </li><li>Perform additional tasks as required by the operations teams </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Clear, effective communications skills - both written and verbal </li><li>Excellent customer service skills </li><li>Intermediate mathematical abilities </li><li>Aptitude for prioritizing and coordinating a variety of tasks </li><li>Independent </li><li>Disposition for accuracy, attention to detail, and organization </li><li>A high school diploma or GED is required </li><li>Approved to drive R.T.
