We strive to provide cutting-edge excellence in ingredients, innovation, design and marketing and our people are at the heart of everything we do!</p> <p>As the Production Supervisor you will bear the responsible for overseeing frontline associates to manufacture products using efficient and safe production processes.</p> <p>Position-Related Responsibilities and Key Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>Meet or exceed production goals while minimizing costs. </li><li>Create and execute 1-year and 3-year business plans that align with national/regional/local Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies. </li><li>Contribute to operational goals by improving efficiency and managing resources effectively. </li><li>Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team to boost productivity and engagement. </li><li>Build a culture of collaboration by encouraging best practice sharing and breaking down barriers to teamwork. </li><li>Set clear expectations, hold team members accountable, and provide timely, actionable feedback. </li><li>Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment. </li><li>Monitor and improve production processes to maximize line efficiency and reduce downtime. </li><li>Manage production performance against key KPIs within labor and operating expense (OPEX) budgets. </li><li>Ensure production readiness, including supervising equipment setup, changeovers, and regular checks for compliance with standard operating procedures. </li><li>Maintain a safe working environment by inspecting equipment and work conditions. </li><li>Drive process improvements by implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to refine operations. </li><li>Champion initiatives meant to improve sustainability, quality, and customer satisfaction. </li><li>Oversee compliance with all company and regulatory policies, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety regulations. </li></ul> <p>Education and Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (preferred). </li><li>At least 1 year of supervisory experience managing people and processes. </li><li>A minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in ISO standards (e.g., 22000, 9000, 14001) or other management systems. </li><li>Certifications or practical experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies. </li><li>Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points). </li><li>Working knowledge of SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. </li><li>Knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts and Self-Guided Workforce models. </li><li>Expertise in analyzing and improving KPIs within a production environment. </li></ul> <p>The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
