<p>REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree; a minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial management and administration, preferably in a higher education or research environment; strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting processes, and financial reporting; experience required in creating budgets and preparing proposals; excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders; proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, SAP, or Oracle; demonstrated experience in strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving; knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as compliance and risk management practices; and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
