<p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety guidelines to complete production tasks. </li><li>Operate manufacturing equipment, tools, or machinery as assigned. </li><li>Assemble components or products according to specifications. </li><li>Monitor production processes and report any issues to supervisors. </li><li>Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality. </li><li>Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or safety concerns. </li><li>Maintain accuracy in measurements, labeling, and documentation. </li><li>Load and unload materials, components, or finished goods. </li><li>Move products between workstations using carts, pallet jacks, or hand tools. </li><li>Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by reporting material usage. </li><li>Follow all company safety rules, PPE requirements, and hazard control procedures. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area. </li><li>Participate in safety training and support a zero-injury culture. </li><li>Complete production forms, checklists, and logs accurately and timely. </li><li>Enter production data into ERP/MES systems when required. </li><li>Communicate production status, delays, or equipment issues. </li><li>Suggest ideas to improve productivity, quality, and workflow. </li><li>Participate in team meetings, problem-solving, and improvement activities. </li></ul> <p>SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail. </li><li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. </li><li>Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods. </li><li>Basic math and measurement skills. </li><li>Good communication and teamwork abilities. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred. </li></ul> <p>Desired</p> <ul> <li>Prior manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required </li><li>Experience operating equipment or working in a fast-paced environment is beneficial. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
