<p>GENERAL SUMMARY</p> <p>The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing a cross-functional team to deliver defined project outputs on time, within budget, and with quality results. The Enterprise Project Manager has primary responsibility for managing the overall direction, coordination, defining, planning, tracking, execution, and completion of medium to large and complex, strategic enterprise-level projects that span organizational boundaries.</p> <p>The Enterprise Project Manager will work closely with senior leaders to understand their business models.</p> <p>The Enterprise Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for these high-profile projects, overseeing successful execution from inception to final implementation. These projects will involve the management of external vendors, and multiple business units for defining, planning, tracking, and managing the enterprise project, identifying key resources, and providing the direction required to meet project objectives. Leads and drives the project to completion while ensuring consistency with Bank strategy and goals.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Manages multiple medium, large, and extra-large projects (including projects but not limited to projects technical in nature or process oriented), with minimal supervision. </li><li>Works with key stakeholders and project teams to manage multiple work streams and specific tasks and responsibilities on each work stream. </li><li>Develops detailed project management plans and identifies project task and deliverables to build a project schedule and roadmap. </li><li>Drives and manages the project according to plan to achieve the desired objectives and delivers the approved scope on time, within budget, and with the expected quality. </li><li>Participates in building business case justifications for projects, including financial analysis, cost/benefit analysis, and definition of appropriate performance metrics to measure project success and benefits, including current state benchmarking and post Go-Live benefit realization measurement. </li><li>Supports and manages RFI/RFP process as appropriate, providing support and adherence to best practices for vendor assessment, scoring methodologies, and presentation of solution options. </li><li>Manages the project to ensure project scope and execution align with the business case and benefit objectives. Manages and controls the project budget, responsible for total project cost projections. </li><li>Proactively identifies, anticipates, and documents potential risks, issues, blockers, or changes to project scope. Assertively and creatively removes obstacles that slow down or prevent projects from delivering against project objectives, including active management of vendor resources and deliverables (as required). </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university preferred. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2-4 years' project management experience in financial services is required. </li></ul> <p>Skills/Ability:</p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of various Project Life Cycle Methodologies. </li><li>Knowledge of financial /business systems. </li><li>Ability to manage across support divisions and multiple projects at one time. </li><li>Negotiation skills and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communications skills. </li><li>Ability to manage escalations/issues while working with division executives. </li><li>Ability to drive and partner with third party application vendors on projects. </li></ul> <p>OTHER DETAILS</p> <p>$75K - $85K / year</p> <p>Pay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.</p> <p>This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.</p>
