<p>Description</p> <p>The Accounting Supervisor will:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise the general accounting area of the organization under the direction of the Accounting Manager and/or Chief Financial Officer. </li><li>Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including financial accounting and accounts payable. </li><li>Ensure all analysis and reporting are accurate and prepared in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. </li><li>Lead and mentor accounting staff under the direction of the Accounting Manager and/or Chief Financial Officer. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Associate degree and equivalent experience. </li><li>Five (5) year's related experience </li><li>Supervisory experience </li><li>Healthcare accounting experience (preferred) </li><li>Certified Public Accountant designation (preferred) </li><li>Advanced Excel skills </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) </li><li>Detail oriented with strong organizational skills </li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with a team </li><li>Strong management and supervisory skills. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Efficient time management skills and prioritization skills. </li><li>Mastery of accounting software and systems. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually. The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.</p>
