The ideal candidate will bring sharp attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a strong sense of accountability. This role requires someone who can accurately perform 3-way match processing, validate purchase orders, reconcile vendor statements, and maintain strong vendor relationships - all while protecting the financial integrity and reputation of the company.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform 3-way match of purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices prior to payment </li><li>Accurately validate and process vendor invoices in a timely manner </li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and promptly resolve discrepancies </li><li>Maintain detailed and organized AP records for audit readiness and reporting </li><li>Foster and maintain positive, professional communication with vendors </li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper invoice approvals and resolve PO/invoice issues </li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain financial controls </li></ul> <p>We're Looking for Someone Who:</p> <ul> <li>Owns their role from start to finish and thrives in a detail-driven environment </li><li>Approaches tasks with consistency, accuracy, and accountability </li><li>Understands the importance of AP processes in supporting operational efficiency </li><li>Can communicate confidently and respectfully with vendors and internal teams </li><li>Maintains a positive, problem-solving attitude in a fast-paced </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Skills & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of hands-on AP experience, including 3-way match invoice processing </li><li>High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through </li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, particularly in vendor relations </li><li>Proficient in Sage 50, QuickBooks Enterprise, Microsoft Dynamics SL 2015, and Dynamics 365 Business Central </li><li>Must have the ability to be tech-savvy and understand software (ie, MS Office Suite with a particular proficiency in Excel and e-mail etiquette) </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently </li><li>Integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential financial information </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS:</p> <p>We believe people are the most important part of every business, which is why we offer more than just great health insurance plans at a great rate.
