In this vital support role, you will play a key part in helping SRHS attract and onboard top talent by delivering exceptional support to recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.</p> <p>This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and is passionate about helping others. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and coordination tasks related to recruitment, candidate experience, and new hire onboarding.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide high-level administrative and logistical support to recruiters and recruitment leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and interview itineraries for candidates.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with placing job advertisements and sourcing efforts.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and process new hire paperwork, orientation materials, ID badges, and pre-employment screenings.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a key point of contact for incoming calls and applicant inquiries with professionalism and outstanding customer service.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and onboarding sessions.</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately manage check requests, invoicing, and various documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct and facilitate new hire sessions, explaining benefit packages and ensuring all compliance paperwork is complete.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain knowledge of state and regulatory requirements related to licensing and hiring workflows.</p> </li><li> <p>Organize and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring timely follow-through and attention to detail.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong clerical skills and administrative experience supporting a Recruiter or Director</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with calendaring, travel arrangements, and itinerary creation</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with check request processing and invoice management</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's or Bachelor's Degree </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience working in Human Resources or recruitment </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <ul> <li> <p>A collaborative and supportive team culture</p> </li><li> <p>Opportunities for professional growth within a respected healthcare system</p> </li><li> <p>Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits</p> </li></ul> <p>At SRHS, we believe that every team member plays a vital role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional care.
