<p>Hospice of Marion County, a part of Empath Health, is seeking a caring and motivated CNA to provide personal care and tasks related to the activities of daily living for patients in Facilities in Marion County.</p> <p>Since 1983, Hospice of Marion County has been honored to serve families across Ocala and Marion County with compassionate, expert end-of-life care. As part of Empath Health, we help neighbors with advanced illness live as comfortably and meaningfully as possible, while supporting their families and caregivers with respect, guidance, and dignity.</p> <p>What you'll Do</p> <ul> <li>The provision of hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living. </li><li>Assisting patient with taking medications that are ordinarily self-administered and have been pre-poured as designated in the Plan of Care. </li><li>Hospice Aides must report changes in the patient's medical, nursing, rehabilitative, and social needs to a registered nurse, as the changes relate to the plan of care.
