<p>POSITION SUMMARY Reports To: Director of Physician Clinic Summary: General duties include answering phone inquiries, scheduling, rescheduling or cancelation of appointments, registering new patients within the EMR system, prescription refill requests and relaying messages from the clinics to patients as deemed necessary. Provide information regarding services conducted at the clinics. Work Schedule: Must be able to work non-standard hours. SKILLS # ABILITIES Education RN, C.N.A, or C.M.A#experience is required Experience Six months to one-year-related experience Computer Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, email and basic computer skills for other software used throughout the hospital for your area of responsibility.
