<p>Join us in revolutionizing interactions for over 200 million businesses using Meta's platform through Business AI Agents. These agents operate across Meta platforms like WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook/Instagram ads, and on third-party platforms such as business websites. We need a Product Manager to spearhead our monetization strategy, transforming Business AI into a leading B2B SaaS solution. We are in search of a B2B Product Manager who excels in monetization, business model innovation, pricing, and billing. This role demands a strategic Product Manager who can seamlessly integrate business models with cutting-edge AI technologies. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional technical and go-to-market teams to architect, develop, and implement the Business AI business model. We seek a candidate who can partner closely with sales, marketing, and billing teams to achieve our strategic objectives.</p> <p>Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in B2B product management or related industry experience with domain-specific experience leading monetization, revenue, pricing or billing 8+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams as well as has worked closely with go-to-market teams including sales and marketing Bachelor's degree (or relevant degree equivalent): STEM subject ideal but not essential (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences) Experience in launching new products from 0 to 1 Demonstrated experience to navigate and excel in uncertain and ambiguous environments Customer-centric approach Experience with sales enablement and go-to-market execution Can navigate through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience Experience presenting to executive audiences Experience using AI to build software products and building AI and agents in production Experience building B2B SaaS monetization, billing, and pricing Experience with B2B customer-driven development a plus Experience with Generative AI, NLP, search, or machine learning Experience building for B2B enterprise customers</p> <p>Responsibilities: Define and execute strategy for monetizing Business AI agents across multiple use cases, product surfaces, and geographical segments Understand Meta's strategic position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and drive value for the 200M businesses that rely on Meta each day Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of monetization efforts including working closely with sales and other GTM teams to enable the organization to sell Business AI at scale Drive product development with teams of industry-leading engineers and designers, while maintaining team health Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, GTM etc.), and guide the team through key milestones Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics</p>
