<p>General Purpose:</p> <p>The fountain operator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the preparation of associated fountain products.</p> <p>Essential (primary) Functions:</p> <p>The primary responsibility of the fountain operator is to prepare all fountain products to order within 5-8 minutes in accordance with Steak n Shake specs utilizing the multi-mixer, CRT, ice cream spade, and correct dippers. Monitoring equipment temperatures.
