And computer scale </li><li>Selects and mixes as per paint samples to produce desired color for matching. </li><li>Inspects own work performed for quality of workmanship, </li><li>Keeps work area clean. </li><li>Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer. </li><li>Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials. Reports any deviations to management. </li><li>Cooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles. </li><li>Other tasks as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Upholds company standards of quality and safety </li><li>5 years of shop experience </li><li>Experience using solvent-based Polyurethane and water base paints </li><li>Solid Problem Solving Abilities </li><li>Must have valid driver's license </li><li>Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, and crouch </li><li>Ability to work and communicate with the team </li><li>Must be dependable </li><li>Willingness to learn </li><li>Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening </li></ul> <p>Bergey's is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p>
