<p>Overview</p> <p>Xanterra Travel Collection is the largest operator of lodges, restaurants and other concessions at national and state parks in the United States. This position is primarily based in the office, with an expectation of being onsite five days a week.</p> <p>The Talent Systems Administrator serves as the functional product owner for iCIMS and other integrated Talent platforms, ensuring systems are optimized to support a best-in-class candidate and user experience. This role combines technical configuration expertise with user-focused service and process improvement. The ideal candidate will be both analytically minded and people-savvy, able to translate data into insights and collaborate across functions to implement scalable solutions.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Act as the Talent Systems Product Owner and subject matter expert for system functionality, configuration, and troubleshooting across iCIMS and integrated platforms. </li><li>Proactively research, propose, and implement system enhancements that align with evolving business and user needs. Provide updates as needed. </li><li>Drive improvements to the candidate and recruiter experience by analyzing system data and workflows across all brands, measuring effectiveness, and implementing configurations that ensure a clear, inclusive, and unified experience throughout the entire user journey. </li><li>Create standard system operating practices related to talent processes across the portfolio. </li><li>Own ATS user dashboard configuration and reporting delivery to support data-driven decisions and process optimization. </li><li>Assist with the development of training to the field including user guides to support the standardization of talent processes. </li><li>Maintain knowledge of and share best practices of changing technologies to contribute to the development, implementation and evolution of ATS and related systems. </li><li>Partner with the HRIS team to manage third-party integrations (e.g., Sterling, onboarding systems), lead enhancement requests, and coordinate system updates. </li><li>Audit current recruiter processes and provide feedback to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of Talent Acquisition operations. </li></ul> <p>JOB COMPETENCIES:</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent analytical and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to communicate in a concise manner across all levels of the organization </li><li>Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail </li><li>Innovative and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly troubleshoot technical solutions </li><li>Seeks feedback from recruiters, hiring managers, and end-users to inform system improvements. </li><li>Naturally curious and always looking for the "why" behind workflows and errors. </li><li>Builds trust by consistently delivering thoughtful, well-documented solutions. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in a technical or project-oriented role supporting Talent Acquisition or HR systems. </li><li>2+ years of experience administering an ATS (iCIMS strongly preferred) or similar HRIS platform. </li><li>Technologically savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly Strong analytical skills and ability to turn system data into actionable recommendations. </li><li>Proficiency in report building and data extraction and utilization. </li><li>Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and listening) as well as a high level of diplomacy and confidentiality. </li><li>Advanced Excel skills (e.g., summary tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, IF logic) and confidence building reports or dashboards. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in hospitality, retail, or other high-volume, field-based environments. </li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, or other HR tech tools. </li><li>Experience with Talent and HRIS system integrations. </li><li>Experience with project management in an Agile framework. </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 annual.</p> <p>BENEFITS: For full-time employees, Xanterra offers a comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, Dental & Vision; HSA & FSA; Life & Disability; Accident, Hospital & Critical Illness; Pet Insurance; Paid Time Off; 401(k) with Company Match; Employee Assistance Plan; Education Assistance; and Employee Discounts and Travel Deals.</p> <p>EEO: Xanterra is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
