We strive for excellence in supporting this network and are committed to providing the highest quality products for the well-being of patients.</p> <p>SUMMARY</p> <p>The Manager, Change and Business Transformation will play a critical role in shaping how Corden navigates and implements change. Instrumental in driving Corden's growth, development, and achievement of strategic objectives. Through leadership and expertise, drive positive changes, and help the organization adapt to the ever-evolving business landscape.</p> <p>Provide strategic guidance, hands-on consulting, and execution support to ensure that major transformations deliver sustained business value. Collaborate closely with various teams across our site including Operations, Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, and Project Management, embedding change management strategies, driving adoption, and enabling transformation capabilities across the organization.</p> <p>Collaborate with the business to provide dedicated leadership in driving cross-functional transformation, aligning change initiatives with business goals, and enhancing organizational agility. The Manager, Change and Business Transformation is expected to provide leadership, structure, and executional rigor necessary to accelerate business transformation, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and position Corden for sustainable growth and innovation.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a trusted change partner to business leaders and cross-functional teams, embedding change management strategies, driving adoption, and enabling transformation capabilities across the organization </li><li>Lead and manage multi-year transformation projects designed to ensure the site can meet or exceed the 5 years strategic business plan. This will include the planning, execution, and monitoring of value creation for the transformation program as a whole and each initiative </li><li>Requires a practical, execution-focused mindset combined with a deep understanding of change management methodologies and business transformation strategies. Provide leadership coaching, design and implement change strategies, and equip teams to lead change effectively </li><li>Develop and execute end-to-end change strategies to ensure adoption, engagement, and sustainability </li><li>Apply structured change management methodologies while adapting approaches to fit business needs </li><li>Ensure alignment between business priorities, cultural shifts, and transformation goals </li><li>Identify and proactively address risks, resistance, and barriers to adoption, developing targeted mitigation strategies </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives </li><li>Conduct detailed analysis of business operations across Production, Supply Chain, and Development. Identify gaps and propose innovative solutions </li><li>Stay ahead of emerging trends in change management and transformation, incorporating best practices </li><li>Leverage technology, analytics, and digital adoption tools to enhance change execution </li><li>Continuously refine and evolve the company's approach to large-scale change, ensuring it remains adaptive and impactful </li></ul> <p>LEADERSHIP & BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Responsible for establishing and managing an internal business intelligence team to analyze financial and operational KPI's across all programs.</p> <p>SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Every individual is personally responsible for the safety and environmental aspects of their activities in the workplace. CPC's Quality Management System, which incorporates cGMP, is designed to deliver this quality objective. Attainment is produced through the requisite participation and commitment of all staff across departments and at all levels within the company.</p> <p>cGMP is the part of Quality Management System ensuring products are consistently produced to accurate quality standards. Adherence to clearly defined procedures, in compliance with the principles of cGMP, is required when performing operations across Corden Pharma Colorado.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ten years' experience in change management, transformation consulting, or large-scale business change initiatives. Experience working on high-impact, enterprise-wide transformations. Background in Pharma/CDMO Industry preferred or B2B Industry.</p> <p>LANGUAGE SKILLS</p> <p>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.</p> <p>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS</p> <p>Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.</p> <p>REASONING ABILITY</p> <p>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</p> <p>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</p> <p>Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally.</p> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
