Conduct quality assurance reviews of IV-E Maintenance Budgets validated by CBC Lead Agencies partners and provide technical assistance and training to partners and providers. trends and analyze correlations related to the operational costs of child-caring institutions. </li><li>Provide support for the contracting and payment processes associated with Behavioral Qualified Residential Treatment Programs (BQRTP). </li><li>Conducts QA reviews of eligibility such as foster care maintenance, Adoption Assistance, and Guardianship Assistance Program payments to ensure federal and state allowability. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>This position requires extensive knowledge of federal and state regulations governing to the Title IV-E foster care program, specifically the Children's Bureau Child Welfare Policy Manual and Code of Federal Regulations, 2 CFR 200 and 45 CFR 1355. </li></ul> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Interpret complex federal regulations and apply concepts to varying scenarios. </li></ul> <p>SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY:</p> <ul> <li>Microsoft Excel </li></ul> <p>The State of Florida is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Affirmative Action Employer, and does not tolerate discrimination or violence in the workplace.</p> <p>Candidates requiring a reasonable accommodation, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, must notify the agency hiring authority and/or People First Service Center (1-866-663-4735).
