Join a company where people, performance, and partnerships come together to drive success.</p> <p>Status: Full- Time</p> <p>Pay Rate: $20- $23/hr, based on experience</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <p>As a Merchandising Area Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our in-store partnerships and workforce, driving success at the store level and contributing to our longstanding legacy of achievement. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Travel independently to service stores within your assigned territory using your personal vehicle. </li><li>Lead, train, and mentor a team of part-time Merchandising Associates. </li><li>Execute in-store merchandising tasks including planogram resets, display builds, inventory adjustments, and signage. </li><li>Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. </li><li>Serve as the go-to liaison for store management, project managers, and field leadership. </li><li>Proactively resolve issues, coach team members, and maintain a high level of performance across your territory. </li><li>Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. </li></ul>
