Kennedy Blvd., Ste. 820 | Tampa, FL 33626</p> <p>Eligibility for Remote: no</p> <p>Reports To: HOA Manager</p> <p>Job Group Category: Exempt</p> <p>Grade: 24</p> <p>Job Posting:</p> <p>What The Role Is</p> <p>As an HOA Services Account Sales Officer, you will be accountable for the implementation and delivery of new and incremental business for HOA clients. This will include detailed scoping of client requirements, consulting with clients while providing support on onboarding activities such as project plan, documentation and post-implementation activities. Ability to prospect for new associations/property management company and manage the client onboarding cycle time effectively while delivering strong client satisfaction results, are key elements for candidate evaluation. The candidate will also be responsible for all post implementation customer support for HOA clients.</p> <p>How You will Make an Impact</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to acquire $10MM in deposit relationships annually.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement deposit products and HOA/TM services for new and incremental business while ensuring a best-in-class on-boarding experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Produce HOA implementation plan and track ongoing project phases effectively while managing multiple project streams in parallel.</p> </li><li> <p>Operate as a center point keeping all parties aware of overall project status and impacts.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage post-implementation support functions to ensure smooth transition and customer satisfaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Apply agreed implementation procedures and methodology to complete setups of products and services.</p> </li><li> <p>Acts as a liaison with sales, product and operations and follows through consistently with operational areas and clients to provide update status on ongoing inquiries.</p> </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma required.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 2 or more years of relevant experience in Banking or working directly with associations and/or property management companies required.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to be flexible while following tight deadlines.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to organize and prioritize work while working remotely or with a virtual office</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (multilingual: plus+)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong problem solving and decision making skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Detail oriented and methodical. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.</p> </li><li> <p>Good time management and organizational skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and an adaptability to change.</p> </li><li> <p>Exhibits ability to work effectively in a team environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent Customer Service skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>If your experience aligns with this description, please consider applying.
