Provide faculty and student support with lab activities for our Kingston and as needed, Providence location.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Serve as a resource to simulation & VR lab participants as an onsite, fully certified healthcare professional.</p> <p>Orient Faculty and students to the skills, VR, and simulation labs.</p> <p>Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop policies and procedures for use of lab space and equipment.</p> <p>Assist or lead open skills lab, skills remediation, VR, and/or simulation sessions as needed.</p> <p>Prepare setups for planned learning activities and support faculty in development of simulation scenarios.</p> <p>Keep current on simulation related policies and practices.</p> <p>Oversee the general cleanliness, safety, and/or organization of the laboratory and promote safe lab practices.</p> <p>Collaborate with IT support regarding the status of lab, VR, and simulation equipment.</p> <p>Assist with scheduling skills, VR, and simulation labs, as needed.</p> <p>Maintain accurate lab inventory and proactively initiate work orders to ensure required stock levels.</p> <p>Attend training and workshops as necessary to maintain current lab, VR, and simulation technology.</p> <p>Train and supervise undergraduate student workers in the operation and maintenance of lab activities.</p> <p>Coordinate simulation schedules and scenario supplies. Assist in procurement for simulation activities. Assist in the rescheduling of students for additional simulation experiences when clinical site changes occur. Organize and facilitate simulation sessions-including pre-briefing, scenario execution, and debriefing-while optimizing lab time for efficiency.</p> <p>OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Perform other duties as assigned. This role may be required to support some weekend or evening events.</p> <p>LICENSES, TOOLS, AND EQUIPMENT:</p> <p>Personal computers, printers, word processing and spreadsheet software.
