Permanent</p> <p>Apply Now</p> <p>Title: Sales Account Manager</p> <p>Location: This is a remote position that must be located within a 120-mile radius of Philadelphia, PA.</p> <p>Salary: $116,000 - $169,000</p> <p>Focus: The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing a specific portfolio of existing and prospective accounts in the Northeast Sales Region. In the role you will cultivate relationships and identify opportunities to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is a sales professional with product and market knowledge who focuses on Value-Based Selling.</p> <p>Sales Account Manager Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Creates and maintains proper relationships with customers and internal Olin functional groups, achieving an understanding of expressed and implied needs. </li><li>Resolves internal and external customer issues and/or concerns, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills. </li><li>Demonstrates a value-based selling approach. </li><li>Negotiate and update pricing to capture product value and entice new customers, administer supply agreements/contracts. </li><li>Uses CRM and other tools to communicate knowledge of assigned customers, the markets within which they participate, the associated supply chains and the overarching competitive landscape, recommending profitability strategies. </li><li>Demonstrates continuous active engagement through contribution of creative ideas. </li></ul> <p>Sales Account Manager Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree* in Business or Technical field. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years sales/account management experience; experience in the chlor-alkali industry is strongly preferred. </li><li>Proven negotiation skills with a successful track record in closing deals and resolving conflicts. </li><li>Self-starter, adaptable, and resourceful in overcoming challenges. </li><li>Effective time management skills with a strong bias for action and the ability to independently plan and complete tasks. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal effectiveness. </li><li>Ability to travel 20-50% of time, usually overnight - travel level varies with assigned accounts. </li><li>Sales Force (CRM) experience preferred. </li><li>Must possess a Valid US Driver's license. </li></ul> <p>Strong Careers Grow Here</p> <p>Olin, a global leader in both chemical manufacturing and ammunition empowers over 8,000 individuals to make an impact both at work and in our surrounding communities.
