<p>This position requires strong commitment to quality customer service to our Private Banking and Commercial clients. This is a part-time position that will work 20 - 25 hours per week.</p> <p>DUTIES</p> <ul> <li>Customer Service: provide accurate and responsive support to clients and relationship managers. Key role in retention of valuable customers. </li><li>Administrative Support: work closely with relationship managers and manager of wholesale banking group to fulfill administrative requirements phones, scheduling, typing, filing, and other duties as required. </li><li>Bank products/operations: will maintain working knowledge of bank products and operational systems. Facilitate opening accounts, processing transactions, and resolving problems. Will include responding to client questions and requests with alternative solutions. </li><li>Loan Support: lend support through reviews and comprehension of commercial and consumer loan documents. This will include loans, advances, payments, and any other maintenance requirements for the loan portfolio. </li><li>Cash Management: primarily responsible for the day to day customer management of business on-line banking system. To include customer support, technical troubleshooting, and product maintenance. Should have knowledge base of cash management products, ACH networks, wire processing, data reporting, and security procedures. </li><li>Must adhere to all Bank policies, procedures and all compliance regulations. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Prior banking experience is preferred, and the ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. 2+ years of prior customer service skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Good typing, administrative and organizational skills.
