This role involves managing various requests related to workplace accommodations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and facilitating a smooth process for employees requiring support. This role will be working in a fast-paced contact center environment, utilizing Salesforce Lightning to manage cases and communicate with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks, and meeting service level agreements.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage Accommodation Requests: Process and coordinate accommodation requests from employees and candidates through Salesforce Lightning cases, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication. </li><li>Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver high-quality service to internal stakeholders, including employees, managers, and cross-functional teams, by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on accommodation-related matters via case management. </li><li>Maintain Compliance and Data Integrity: Ensure all accommodation processes comply with legal requirements, company policies, and guidelines, while maintaining accurate records and data in Salesforce. </li><li>Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with HR, Recruiting, and other teams to facilitate seamless communication, resolve complex issues, and drive process improvements. </li><li>Analyze and Resolve Issues: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to accommodations, escalating complex cases as needed, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. </li></ul> <p>Work Shift:</p> <p>All candidates should be available to work any of three potential shifts Monday-Friday: 8AM-5PM Central, 9AM-6PM Central, 10AM-7PM Central.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources, customer service, or a related field. </li><li>Minimum of 6 months experience working in a contact center, customer service, or case management environment. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Google Suite. </li><li>Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Workday, or similar contact center & HR systems is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Professional Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. </li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
