<p>Job Title: Liaison II</p> <p>Location: 2 Crescent Place Oceanport, NJ 07757 - Hybrid</p> <p>Department Name: Patient Accounts Training & Ed</p> <p>Req #:0000205866</p> <p>Status:Salaried</p> <p>Shift: Day</p> <p>Pay Range: $56,797.00 - $80,225.00, Annual</p> <p>Pay Transparency:</p> <p>The above reflects the anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work,</p> <p>The Compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience,</p> <p>Job Overview:</p> <p>This Revenue Cycle Liaison II works in conjunction with the Revenue Cycle Liaison I, serving as a point of contact for assigned practices, acting as a guide to the indicators of Revenue Cycle success, translating information to support operations in the achievement of strategic goals, promptly responding to practice inquiries, engaging in regular practice interaction via e-mail, conference calls and in-person visits. The primary goal of the Revenue Cycle Liaison is to ensure practice satisfaction, accountability and operational support as it relates to the success of the Revenue Cycle. The ideal candidate would possess a strong desire to share knowledge and promote information sharing both within and outside of the team. The Revenue Cycle Liaison II successfully completes diverse tasks, applies and enhances knowledge and skill in both usual and unusual issues and needs minimal guidance in addressing unusual situations.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>3 - 5 years experience in healthcare operations or accounting/financial practices </li></ul> <p>Proficient in all MS Office Products</p> <ul> <li>Intermediate Skills in MS Excel Required </li><li>Proficient communication & presentation skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>HFMA Membership with Certified Specialist Physician Practice Management (CSPPM) preferred (within 1 year of hire) </li><li>BA/BS or equivalent work experience </li></ul> <p>Scheduling Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Hybrid position </li><li>Full time, 37.5 hours per week </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <p>Advanced Knowledge</p> <p>Develops and maintains current knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management for Physician Services. Utilizes this knowledge to develop a relationship with internal and external teams ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives. The Revenue Cycle Liaison will use their advanced knowledge of Revenue Cycle to function independently determining opportunity the opportunity for, scheduling, and leading multidepartment strategic meetings as it relates to physician registration, billing and coding accuracy and opportunity for denial trending and reduction planning.</p> <p>Identify and analyze trends</p> <p>Identify and analyze trends based on the review of daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports and dashboards.
