You will have a proven record of winning and developing business with commercial contractors, flooring contractors and installers, specifiers, architects, and other key influencers. This is a field sales position with daily territory travel including some overnight. Base salary, bonus, commission.</p> <p>Ready to Build Your Future with Us? Apply now and join a company that's Building Tomorrow with passion and purpose.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Drive Sales Growth of ARDEX and Henry products </li><li>Generate Leads and win new business opportunities </li><li>Promote Products through hands-on demonstrations, presentations, and professional displays </li><li>Build Relationships with partner distributors, specialist flooring/tiling contractors, general contractors, architects, and key business influencers. </li><li>Field Service & Support including job start assistance, bid preparation, and distributor/installer training </li><li>Technical Expertise and technical recommendations, liaising with our technical team for resources and solutions </li><li>Achieve Targets and exceed goals </li><li>Collaborate with corporate resources (Technical, Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics) to deliver exceptional service to ARDEX customers </li><li>Exceptional Standards - represent ARDEX as the industry leader for exemplary professional standards and a 'customer first' approach. </li></ul> <p>Experience and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years outside sales experience is essential. Knowledge of building materials industries is required. Knowledge of flooring installation systems is desirable </li><li>Technical proficiency and familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements </li><li>High levels of business integrity, ethics and good professional judgement </li><li>High level of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. Solution driven and customer focused </li><li>Must be able to conduct product presentations and demonstrations confidently and professionally </li><li>Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must be able to travel daily throughout assigned territory, including some overnight. </li><li>Able to operate non power and power tools.
