<p>Job Description:</p> <p>GLASTONBURY PUBLIC SCHOOLS</p> <p>Glastonbury, Connecticut</p> <p>NOTICE OF VACANCY</p> <p>POSITION:</p> <p>Early Childhood Center Teacher's Assistant, Part-Time (3 Positions Available)</p> <p>Early Learning Center at Eastbury Programs</p> <p>10-Month position, mid-August to mid-June</p> <p>Up to 20 hours per week</p> <p>We are looking for energetic and nurturing high school and college students to join our team at the Early Learning Center. This is a perfect opportunity to gain part-time work experience, build your resume, and make a difference in children's lives.</p> <p>WAGES:</p> <p>$16.94 per hour</p> <p>DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>Engage & Play: Help deliver classroom activities and encourage children to express themselves through play and learning. Engage with children through games, playground time and classroom activities. </li><li>Be a Role Model: Serve as a positive example for young children, helping them model appropriate social interactions and kindness. </li><li>Care & Support: Assist teachers with the basic needs of students and help keep the classroom safe and conducive to learning. </li><li>Teamwork: Work closely with staff to ensure every child feels part of our school community.
