This individual must have the ability to work under pressure assigning Ramp Crews as required. The Resource Planner is responsible for overseeing personnel, take accountability for safety, resource management, operations standards and communicate directly with Airport Customers as needed.</p> <p>What you will be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily ramp operations by managing manpower in real time, coordinating staffing with the resource clerk, and ensuring efficient flight handling through communication with Frontier resources and internal teams. </li><li>Act as the central communication point for ramp operations, providing real-time updates to leadership and monitoring assigned radio channels for operational coordination. </li><li>Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols in line with Simplicity USA and aviation industry standards, while proactively identifying and reporting operational deficiencies. </li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including airline station managers, airport staff, and government agencies, to maintain seamless ramp operations. </li><li>Perform other ramp duties as needed, including working outside, operating motorized equipment and engaging in physically demanding tasks in confined spaces. </li></ul> <p>What we are looking for:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older </li><li>Possess and maintain a valid US driver's license </li><li>Pass pre-employment testing including a drug screen, FBI background, and employment history. </li><li>Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English </li><li>Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays </li><li>Must have high school diploma or GED </li><li>Prior Airline experience required </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to learn quickly </li><li>Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to work as part of a team </li><li>Ability to build relationships </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Pay: $22.50/hour </li><li>Advancement Opportunities </li><li>Frontier Airlines Flight Benefits </li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance </li><li>Paid Vacation </li><li>401K Savings Plan </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Pet Discount Coverage and Pet Insurance Plan </li><li>$40.00 Monthly Bus/Train Voucher or Airport Parking Pass </li><li>Uniform Provided </li></ul> <p>Safety, Security, Wellbeing and Compliance:</p> <p>You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures. Employee may also engage in debris removal which involves lifting, bending and stooping. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.</p>
