<p>Description</p> <p>Cardiac Monitor Technician (CCT)</p> <p>ECG / EKG | Holter | Telemetry | Ambulatory Monitoring</p> <p>Location: Bowie, MD (In-Office Position)</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>We are seeking a Certified Cardiovascular Technician (CCT) to join our Cardiac Monitoring Center in Bowie, Maryland. This role is responsible for reviewing and interpreting ambulatory ECG/EKG recordings, identifying cardiac arrhythmias, and preparing reports that support physicians in diagnosing cardiac conditions.</p> <p>This position works in a private office environment and offers access to on-site amenities including a gym, showers, dining options, free parking, and convenient public transportation access.</p> <p>If you have strong rhythm interpretation skills and enjoy working in a clinical monitoring environment, this is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in cardiac telemetry, Holter monitoring, and ECG interpretation.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Review and analyze ambulatory ECG/EKG data transmissions </li><li>Identify and document cardiac arrhythmias and rhythm abnormalities </li><li>Prepare and compose arrhythmia reports for physicians using proprietary monitoring software </li><li>Ensure accuracy and quality of Holter and ambulatory monitoring interpretations </li><li>Maintain professional clinical documentation and reporting standards </li><li>Assist with maintaining clinical certifications as required </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Certified Cardiovascular Technician (CCT) credential required </li><li>Ability to interpret ECG/EKG rhythm strips independently </li><li>Successful completion of a basic ECG course </li><li>Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience </li><li>Ability to pass a rhythm interpretation test </li><li>Strong attention to detail and analytical skills </li><li>Clear written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Basic computer and typing proficiency </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Docs </li></ul> <p>Preferred Clinical Background</p> <p>Candidates with experience in any of the following are strongly encouraged to apply:</p> <ul> <li>ECG / EKG interpretation </li><li>Telemetry monitoring </li><li>Holter monitoring </li><li>Ambulatory cardiac monitoring </li><li>Cardiac monitor technician roles </li><li>Clinical cardiac rhythm analysis </li></ul> <p>Work Environment & Perks</p> <ul> <li>Private office environment in Bowie, MD </li><li>Monday-Friday daytime schedule </li><li>In-office shift differential </li><li>Access to: </li><li>On-site gym and showers </li><li>Dining options </li><li>Free parking </li><li>Nearby public transportation </li></ul> <p>Candidate Traits</p> <p>Successful candidates typically demonstrate:</p> <ul> <li>Strong integrity and professionalism </li><li>Detail orientation and accuracy </li><li>Ability to work in a structured, methodical environment </li><li>Self-motivation and strong sense of urgency </li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity & Compliance Statements</p> <ul> <li>STATEMENT OF POLICY: MedBridge is an equal opportunity employer.
