Provides and documents care including, but not limited to, activities of daily living, mobility, specimen collection and respiratory support activities as directed by the RN. </li><li>Possess the ability to lift, move, position and transport patients. </li><li>Demonstrates the ability to meet the department work schedule. </li><li>Demonstrates initiative to improve quality of care, patient and employee safety, and customer service. </li><li>Team members under the age of 18 may not independently operate mechanical lift equipment. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>License(s)/Certification(s):</p> <ul> <li>CNA certification preferred </li><li>Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain certification within three (3) months from date of hire. </li></ul> <p>Other:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 16 years old or older </li><li>Level 3 Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. </li></ul>
