<p>Overview</p> <p>Position is responsible for managing and facilitating the progress and results of projects under the direction of management, including substantive research to further those projects.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <p>Monitors projects, oversee administrative details, such as project budgets, contract billing, status reports, etc. as directed.</p> <p>Provides administrative assistance as requested by Project Managers.</p> <p>Performs maintenance of records and plans as needed.</p> <p>Prepares reports as required.</p> <p>Provides administrative assistance and record maintenance of various projects.</p> <p>This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Associate's degree in a field of study directly related to the position or two (2) years of directly related work experience. A valid Indiana driver's license, knowledge of computer operations, effective communications both written and oral is required.</p> <p>Independent Judgment</p> <p>Independent judgment is regularly utilized when there are no available policies and procedures and errors in judgment may cause inconsistencies and inconveniences as well as regulatory and budgetary problems.</p>
