<p>Description</p> <p>The Hennepin County Attorney's Office (HCAO) is seeking a Senior Restorative Justice and Diversion Coordinator to work on the implementation of a Restorative Practices Initiative grant from the Minnesota Office of Restorative Practices in the criminal prosecution divisions. This position will further HCAO's commitment to restorative practices by supporting the development of a full-fledged Restorative Practices Division. This will include: building capacity around restorative practices within the HCAO; coordinating a restorative practices advisory committee; expanding the scope and reach of culturally relevant, community-based restorative services for people referred to HCAO; supporting the design and implementation of a new Restitution Fund; collaborating with legal system partners and community; and supporting reporting, monitoring, and evaluation activities to understand progress and impact.</p> <p>Learn more about the work of the County Attorney's Office at https://www.hennepinattorney.org/</p> <p>Current Hennepin County employees who refer a candidate hired into an open competitive position may be eligible for a $500 referral bonus. The typical work hours will be 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. While this position is designated as hybrid, based on current requirements hires must reside in or relocate to Minnesota or Wisconsin.
