<p>Job Description</p> <p>The Human Resources Coordinator supports the HR Field team in delivering day-to-day HR operations across a multi-site environment. This role is a key resource for Practice Managers and employees, assisting with HR systems, compliance, and core HR processes. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain data integrity of HRIS: data entry, audits, and ongoing quality control </li><li>Process new hires, job changes, and terminations in HRIS, ensure accuracy and organizational structure alignment </li><li>Audit HR processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements </li><li>Provide clinic management with HRIS system direction </li><li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of hospital operations </li><li>Monitor employee compliance training, provide reporting and follow-up for timely completion </li><li>Oversee compliance posting requirements and vendor management for required state, federal, local, and workers' compensation postings </li><li>Maintain and update practice-level contact directories </li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence </li><li>Partner with Integrations team on entry of newly acquired clinic staff </li><li>Respond to employee inquiries and requests in professional, timely, and service-oriented manner </li><li>Process employment verification, unemployment claims, and employment-related documentation </li><li>File necessary paperwork into personnel folders </li><li>Distribute mass mailings and communication to employees </li><li>Other duties and projects as assigned </li></ul>
