<p>Estimator</p> <p>Division: Commercial Production | Supervisor: VP of Sales</p> <p>About the Job</p> <p>Kingdom Roofing Systems is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our commercial sales division. You'll work closely with our Sales team to identify opportunities, prepare competitive bids, and support project success.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Identify and pursue new commercial bid opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform detailed take-offs from prints and site visits.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare budgets, proposals, and bid packages.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.</p> </li><li> <p>Finalize awarded projects with purchase orders, work orders, and accounting budgets.</p> </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>Founded in 2011, Kingdom Roofing Systems has grown into a trusted leader in the Central Indiana roofing industry.
