Evaluates the patient's response to treatments/medications </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or a vocational nursing program </li><li>Three years of nursing experience. Community health, hospice or medical/surgical experience is preferred </li><li>Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state </li><li>Must possess current CPR Certification </li><li>Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills </li><li>Valid driver's license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements </li><li>Understands the philosophy of hospice concept and the needs of the terminally ill </li></ul> <p>#IndeedHOS</p> <p>We may text you during the hiring process.
