<p>The Sales Strategic Planning & Operations group is looking for an experienced business leader to drive product and business connection through cross-functional strategy, planning, and operations for Business Messaging. Business Messaging aims to be the preferred way businesses communicate with their customers. This leader will partner closely with the leadership team of Business Messaging, and many cross-functional teams, including sales, partnerships, marketing, and finance. This role requires someone who has a skillset to juggle a range of tasks, including, but not limited to, resource planning and analysis, business goal definition, data-driven business reviews, sales pipeline reporting and analysis, internal communications, and leadership of critical projects across the company.</p> <p>Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in strategic planning and/or business operations in the technology industry, messaging space, enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS), or relevant industry Experience leading strategy, operations, process improvement, and tactical projects. Experience leading and presenting sales revenue reviews, including pipeline reports Leadership and influencing skills - experience leading/influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization Experience working cross-functionally with leadership in developing and executing successful plans in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity Results and detail oriented, with commercial/business acumen and communication skills Demonstrated experience in spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets) and presentations (e.g. PowerPoint, Slides) Experience shifting priorities, balancing multiple initiatives at once, and maintaining organization Master's or graduate degree Consulting background, experience in an advisory role, or relevant strategy/operations team Experience developing and/or overseeing advanced quantitative analysis and derive actionable insights Demonstrated interest for helping build great businesses and for Meta products, particularly for WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram products Experience in Enterprise SaaS businesses, sales operations, and programs Experience with agent-based AI</p> <p>Responsibilities: Lead and improve planning process, including but not limited to goal-setting, project prioritization, and headcount planning Frame decisions and contribute a point of view on how to scale the business Partner closely with Sales and Partnerships leaders and internal stakeholders on key business initiatives, programs, and special projects Develop an understanding of the business and be the person who can connect the dots between teams to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and collaboration Develop and implement go-to-market strategies Combine qualitative information with data analytics to make comprehensive recommendations Lead business reviews for the Business Messaging leadership team to drive decision-making and review progress on goals and priorities (for example monthly/quarterly business reviews, sales pipeline reviews). Present to an Executive audience Drive key leadership and cross-functional meetings to facilitate alignment on opportunities and issues to address</p>
