Electric Boat Information Technology is responsible for ensuring technical solutions meet business needs and ensure availability and reliability of IT server and storage infrastructure.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Information Technology Server and Storage Supervisor will lead a group of IT Engineers, server system administrators, and storage engineers for the creation, documentation, and management of Electric Boat's enterprise IT infrastructure. The Compliance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the operations EB's enterprise infrastructure within a highly skilled team.</p> <p>A successful candidate will be able to balance IT requirements, cybersecurity requirements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve those requirements.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ability to reduce complex topics and distill them into Executive Level Summaries </li><li>Ability to supervise skilled professionals in various highly specialized backgrounds </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED </li><li>5+ years of experience working within large enterprise IT environments </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years experience with enterprise IT operation </li><li>Experience with Windows server administration </li><li>Experience with Linux server administration </li><li>Experience with enterprise IT grade storage platforms (Dell EMC, etc) </li></ul>
