<p>Description</p> <p>THIS IS A TEMPORARY PART TIME POSITION - 20 AVAILABLE POSITIONS</p> <p>32 hrs./week for 6 weeks</p> <p>FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Safety Sensitive: YES Level II Screening: YES</p> <p>The Student Aide is a participant in the City's "Step Up To Work" Program which provides an opportunity for current students within the City of Fort Myers city limits to perform tasks that assist in the operation of City functions and enables the Student to gain workplace and job skills to develop themselves for future careers. Student Aides may be required to maintain a logbook of daily work, training and learnings. This job has no supervisory responsibilities.</p> <p>Responsibilities and Reporting During an Emergency Situation:</p> <p>Non Essential Employees will not be required to work during a declared emergency.
