<p>Job Overview:Location: 3220 E. 26th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90058 Shift / Schedule: This position works 3rd shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM. Flexibility is required to work Saturdays, overtime, and holidays based on business needs. The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety, food defense, and GMP requirements through daily audits, testing, and documentation. This role supports production and quality systems by monitoring product quality, inventory status, and operational processes while communicating findings and issues to management.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily GMP, food defense, and food safety audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Conduct pH testing, titrations, and routine water testing to verify product quality and compliance.Manage product status in SAP, including:Moving and releasing inventoryPlacing products on holdLogging and communicating hold information to managementCollect and verify production line retain samples.Perform positive release testing through 100% inspection or pH verification prior to product release.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of audits, testing, and product holds.Create and track vendor holds when raw materials, ingredients, or packaging do not meet specifications.Ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and customer standards.Work independently while collaborating with production and cross-functional teams. Total Rewards:Starting pay: $25.95 per hour.
