Lindberg/MPH is based in Riverside, Michigan.</p> <p>Visit our website for more information: https://www.lindbergmph.com/</p> <p>EOE (Equal Opportunity Employer)</p> <p>Summary: Assists the electrical engineering team with designing, developing, and supervising all aspects of electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery. Also responsible for the installation and technical support of PLC based hardware and software.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include assisting the engineering team with the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Designs electrical equipment utilizing AutoCad Electrical including facilities, components, products, and systems for industrial purposes. </li><li>Develops applications of controls, instruments, and systems and prepares electrical schematics, panel layouts, PLC programming, operator interface designs, and upgrades/enhances controls on existing products. </li><li>Works with the design team to learn work flow, drawing preparation and BOM structure. </li><li>Directs activities to ensure that manufacturing, construction, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications, codes, standards and customer requirements. </li><li>Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks. </li><li>Makes engineering changes/improvements within CAD environment and processes engineering change requests in a timely manner. </li><li>Ensures customers are satisfied, consistent with expectations. </li><li>Participates in design reviews with design team members and reads and interprets technical materials. </li><li>Provides product support on the manufacturing floor. </li><li>Employ both Digital/Software and Analog based methods of debugging. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.</p> <p>Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</p> <p>Computer Skills: MS Office software and AutoCAD inventor experience is required.</p> <p>Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: This job requires no certificates, licenses, or registrations.</p> <p>Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
