Description</p> <p>Wage: $45,000+ annual salary</p> <p>Shift: Full-time, 8am-5pm.</p> <p>Benefits: Free Thanksgiving Point Membership for you and immediate family; medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurances; paid time off & holidays; 401(k); Employee Assistance Program; Financial Assistance Program; Thanksgiving Point venue discounts; and more!</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with all levels of team members' life cycle including: </li><li>Onboardand welcome new team members </li><li>Maintain team member files and track celebrations </li><li>Help organize team member events and attend to team member needs </li><li>Assist with offboarding </li><li>Help ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws </li><li>Keep desk area, electronic and physical files organized and updated </li><li>Answer phone and email inquiries efficiently and professionally </li><li>Data entry of team member information into our timekeeping system </li><li>Assist with other HR duties such as Worker's Compensation, Payroll, and Trainings </li><li>Other general office duties as assigned by the Human Resources Director </li><li>Exemplify Thanksgiving Point's Mission, Values and Policies with curiosity, confidence, and compassion </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>Two years related experience or training in HR </li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with poise, tact and diplomacy </li><li>Working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications such as MSWord, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint </li><li>Willing to learn about HR related subjects and best practices such as I9s, ADA, FMLA, and more. </li><li>High attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials </li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines </li><li>Fluent Spanish preferred </li><li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>At least 21 years old </li><li>Pass a background check </li></ul> <p>EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
