Join our team today!</p> <p>What We Offer</p> <ul> <li> <p>Pay range: $16-20 with sales bonuses!</p> </li><li> <p>Annual performance bonus</p> </li><li> <p>Monthly Bonus Potential</p> </li><li> <p>Full-Time positions available, including Saturday's</p> </li><li> <p>Shifts will fall between 7am-7pm, totaling 40 hours per week</p> </li><li> <p>Earned PTO</p> </li><li> <p>401K</p> </li><li> <p>Paid training</p> </li><li> <p>Career advancement opportunities</p> </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries </li><li>Recommend/sell moving services, products, supplies, equipment, and other value-added services based on cost, availability, and customer specifications </li><li>Input information into internal move software to provide accurate moving estimates and schedule moves </li><li>Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goals </li><li>Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns </li><li>Prepare move-related paperwork and documents </li><li>Utilize your sales expertise to secure critical sales </li><li>Continually maintain a thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and effectively oppose any customer objections </li><li>All other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent is required </li><li>Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful) </li><li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills </li><li>Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively </li><li>Accurate; consistent attention to detail </li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities </li><li>Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into move software while on the phone </li><li>Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale </li><li>Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities </li><li>Basic computer/keyboarding skills </li><li>Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Core Values </li><li>Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check </li></ul> <p>This job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise located in Gurnee, Illinois.
