This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing documentation, and ensuring a smooth administrative process throughout the RV delivery and inventory prep lifecycle.</p> <p>Since 1976, Lazydays RV has built a reputation for providing an outstanding customer experience with exceptional service excellence and unparalleled product expertise, along with being a preferred place to rest and recharge with other RVers. By offering the top selection of RV brands from the nation's leading manufacturers, state-of-the-art service facilities, and thousands of accessories and hard-to-find parts, Lazydays RV provides everything RVers need and want.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Create and maintain accurate records of all work orders, ensuring completeness and compliance with company policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a liaison between different departments involved in the delivery process, such as dispatch, specialty shops and sales team.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate delivery schedules, changes, and any relevant information to all stakeholders in a timely manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Obtain or write necessary estimates of needed repairs.</p> </li><li> <p>Keep all paperwork and repair order statuses current.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate the delivery of purchased RVs, ensuring they are prepared, inspected, and ready for customer handover.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete We Owe and offer a warm hand off to Retail Advisors.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure the RV is clean, functional, and meets the customer's expectations prior to delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform daily status updates with all stakeholders to:</p> </li><li> <p>Review status of the day's deliveries & the next day's deliveries</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure customers get rescheduled when applicable</p> </li><li> <p>Attend all company required meetings and training.</p> </li><li> <p>Additional responsibilities as requested or required.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business administration or a related field is preferred. </li><li>2-3 years of experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in an automotive or service-related industry. </li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications. </li><li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. </li><li>Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English. </li><li>Minimum 2 years fixed operations experience or equivalent. </li><li>Accurate typing skills 30wpm. </li></ul>
