<p>Work with Vacasa, a Casago Company this Winter season!</p> <p>Do you love the smell of fresh linens? Join our Laundry & Linen team this season! We're looking for a self-motivated and organized individual to help keep our laundry and linens clean, sorted, folded, and ready for our guests' arrival.</p> <p>This is a seasonal position. Employment dates begin as soon as 11/9/2025 and work through end of season on or around 3/28/2026. As a part-time, seasonal position, exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next. This job serves the Ludlow, VT market.</p> <p>Compensation</p> <ul> <li>$22 / hour. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location. </li><li>Seasonal Bonus Details: Sign on Bonus $250 paid at 30 days. </li><li>More benefits and company perks information below. </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Functions</p> <ul> <li>Operate commercial washers and dryers in a laundry facility or on-site, professionally wash and dry laundry items, such as linen, terry, blankets, bedspreads, etc. </li><li>Support upkeep and cleanliness of the laundry facility. </li><li>Receive deliveries and ensure accuracy of orders. </li><li>Sort, fold, label, and organize company issued laundry items. </li><li>Ensure supplies are prepared in a timely manner for pick-up. Responsible for picking up and dropping off supplies (as-needed basis) </li><li>Properly utilize the necessary tools, chemicals, and products to clean to company standards. </li><li>Observe and report any damage or potential hazards. </li><li>Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members and management team. </li><li>Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings. </li><li>Other duties as assigned because every day is different in hospitality! </li></ul> <p>Skills + Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred. </li><li>Prior experience in laundry and linen services is a bonus - but we can train! </li><li>Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms. </li><li>Dependable and prepared. Showing up on time and ready to go is key to creating great stays for our guests and peace of mind for our homeowners. </li><li>Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. </li><li>Comfortable talking to people-online or in person-and being able to share information in a way that's clear, thoughtful, and represents the company in a positive way always. </li></ul> <p>Workplace Environment + Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Work may take place indoors or outdoors, in a variety of settings including private homes, resorts, offices, and laundry facilities - often in varying weather conditions. </li><li>We're in hospitality and our schedules can change based on guest and homeowner needs. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
