This role succeeds with an energetic and passionate self-starter, ready to drive change and pursue excellence at every level.</p> <p>Ideal location: Little Rock, AR or Memphis, TN</p> <p>Experience & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, or a related field, information technology or equivalent experience in ICS security</p> </li><li> <p>Extensive knowledge of ICS security and best practices for securing industrial automation environments</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with key ICS security frameworks, including:</p> </li><li> <p>NERC CIP, IEC 62443, and other relevant standards</p> </li><li> <p>Strong expertise in IT network security, including:</p> </li><li> <p>Managed switches, VLANs, VPNs</p> </li><li> <p>Intrusion detection (Syslog-ng, etc.) and log analysis services</p> </li><li> <p>Cloud security platforms and remote access security best practices</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with fieldbus protocols, industrial automation networks, and cybersecurity challenges in OT environments</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in programming and system administration, including:</p> </li><li> <p>Linux, Docker, CODESYS</p> </li><li> <p>Security scripting and automation (C, JavaScript, Python)</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a technical security expert for WAGO's sales team and customers, developing secure automation solutions </li><li>Conduct ICS security assessments and recommend best practices for securing industrial networks and control systems </li><li>Assist in network design, segmentation, and protection strategies, including VLAN configurations, VPN setups, and managed switch security </li><li>Implement intrusion detection, logging, and monitoring solutions to enhance OT security and compliance </li><li>Provide training and consultation on ICS security standards, frameworks, and emerging cybersecurity threats </li><li>Develop technical documentation, security guidelines, and best practices to support WAGO's automation solutions </li><li>Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats and industry trends to continually improve WAGO's security posture </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to travel via airplane </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate an automobile for up to six hours at a time </li><li>Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. </li><li>Travel estimate up to 50%.
