<p>Description</p> <p>Smilebuilderz Mission</p> <p>To develop an elite team of professionals</p> <p>that set the standard for providing</p> <p>quality oral healthcare solutions.</p> <p>Through our consistent professionalism</p> <p>and effectiveness, we will become admired by</p> <p>our peers and respected by our patients.</p> <p>Full-time role with a set schedule and an excellent benefits package.</p> <p>Prior high-volume call center experience and dental knowledge are valuable and preferred in this role.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Provide world class customer service to all Smilebuilderz customers, employees and business partners. </li><li>Reduce missed appointments. </li><li>Practice HIPAA and maintain compliance in all patient and employee contact. </li><li>Answer multi-line telephone. </li><li>Represent a positive first impression to Smilebuilderz patients. </li><li>Be knowledgeable in patient services and Smilebuilderz departmental functions. </li><li>Schedule appointments within the office management software (Dentrix) with efficiency and accuracy. </li><li>Actively monitor and fill schedule to ensure providers meet daily goals. </li><li>Follow up with patients requesting to schedule an appointment through Solutionreach. </li><li>Professionally communicate with other departments in regards to patient care and queries. </li><li>Process faxes received from the answering service when Data Processing Operators are unavailable. </li><li>Handle insurance verifications and eligibility checks when Data Processing Operators are unavailable. </li><li>Inform supervisor of all potential problems and issues immediately. </li><li>Resolve conflict to achieve the best solution with team members. </li><li>Attend and participate in weekly customer care center meetings. </li></ul> <p>Other Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by the department Manager. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Proficient communicator </li><li>Organized </li><li>Ability to multitask </li><li>Ability to acclimate to change as directed </li><li>Team focused </li><li>Leadership skills </li><li>Ability to work with little supervision </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>The role requires fluency in the Spanish language; must be able to read, write and speak the language </li><li>High school diploma/ GED or 4 years equivalent call center/customer service experience </li><li>Professional verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task </li></ul> <p>Machines/Tools/Equipment:</p> <ul> <li>Basic office equipment </li><li>Multi-line phone system </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Primarily a controlled office environment </li><li>Required to sit for extended periods of time </li><li>Periodic scheduled and unscheduled overtime </li><li>Evening hours required </li></ul> <p>Join our Team Today!
