Our employees enjoy a supportive environment, strong leadership, and a workplace where people build long careers.</p> <p>CMC Corporate Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Chiller Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair large commercial and industrial chiller systems.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform diagnostics and repairs on commercial chiller systems </li><li>Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections </li><li>Familiarity with common commercial equipment brands: Fulton, RayPak, Aerco </li><li>Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and mechanical components (including compressors) </li><li>Analyze system performance and efficiency </li><li>Work with building automation and control systems </li><li>Maintain service documentation and system reports </li><li>Maintain tools such as combustion analyzers </li><li>Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5-7 years servicing commercial chiller systems </li><li>Strong experience servicing large commercial chillers </li><li>Knowledge of refrigeration systems and controls </li><li>EPA Certification preferred </li><li>Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability </li><li>Ability to read blueprints and schematics </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with centrical chillers </li><li>All-service tech, familiarity with both boiler and chiller systems </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <ul> <li>9/80 work schedule (every other Friday off) </li><li>Company vehicle </li><li>Full health benefits </li><li>PTO </li><li>401(k) </li><li>Life insurance </li><li>Work for a company known for excellent culture and long-term careers </li><li>Stable company with virtually no turnover </li></ul> <p>CMC Corporate Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
