<p>Additional Information About the Role</p> <p>BJC HealthCare is seeking a Senior Counsel to join its in-house Legal Services team!</p> <p>This position primarily involves transactional and regulatory work, with a specific focus on physician and clinical services-related contracts and transactions, including those related to health system-employed physicians, hospital-physician relationships, professional and administrative service arrangements, as well as accountable care organization and population-health related activities.</p> <p>Searching for qualified candidates with experience in hospital-physician relationships and contracting, as well as familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations, including Stark, Anti-Kickback, and HIPAA, as well as IRS regulations governing non-profit organizations.</p> <p>The position requires superior writing and oral communication skills; a positive, outcome-focused attitude; good judgment, workload management and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.</p> <p>This position is primarily remote, subject to availability to attend on-site meetings and activities as needed.
