Work collaboratively as a crew to properly waterproof and install various roofing components.</p> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Competitive wages </li><li>Health insurance (Partial employer paid premiums for employee and dependents) </li><li>Vacation & holiday pay </li><li>Vision & Dental insurance </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Referral bonus program </li><li>Gym membership access </li><li>Annual holiday celebration(s) </li><li>Paid training programs </li><li>401k w/company match </li><li>PPE provided </li><li>Opportunities for career advancement </li></ul> <p>Daily Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Install and re-roof commercial roofing systems: EPDM, TPO, PVC, etc. </li><li>Install membrane, insulation, pipe boots, and other roofing components </li><li>Follow all safety rules and procedures </li><li>Set up fall restraint equipment and wear PPE </li><li>Travel and work at various jobsites as needed (most are near the Salt Lake area) </li><li>Assist in the shop or in other departments as needed </li><li>Requirements </li><li>1+ years of experience installing commercial roofing systems (Apprentice and Journeyman) </li><li>Fluent in English (English and Spanish preferred) </li><li>Ability to use a handheld welder/heat gun to weld PVC & TPO membranes </li><li>Previous experience with fall prevention and safety equipment (provided upon hiring) </li><li>Has reliable transportation/own motor vehicle </li><li>Willing to submit background check- able to work on federally protected job site (airport) </li><li>Can pass a drug test </li></ul> <p>05/01/2025</p> <p>#LI-DNI</p> <p>$21 - $27 an hour</p>
